Drumagog 5 Platinum is not saving settings in Pro Tools 8

Drumagog 5 Platinum is not saving parameters in Pro Tools 8 ....

I save the session and open it again and do not load correctly the Drumagog Settings!

also if I save a preset in Protools do not load the correct the settings.

I am using Drumagog 5.11 Mac OS 10.5.8 Pro Tools 8


Any solutions??

Hello,

We are sorry that you are experiencing trouble with saving settings with Drumagog. The 5.11 update included specific fixes for savings certain settings in Drumagog that were not being saved before. When using Drumagog, settings are saved in each session.

What are the specific Drumagog parameters that you are trying to save and are not saving? What are the settings in Pro Tools that are not saving?

While we are not in the office this weekend and unable to try to recreate your problem, I have forwarded this to our development team and they are working towards a solution as soon as possible.
