Hello,
64-bit is in the works! We can't specify a timeline, but we are working on it and it is on the horizon.
Best,
Chris

Re: triggering SSD4 from drumagog platinum ??
Yes, here is the excerpt from the manual discussing triggering Virtual Instruments: Sending MIDI to a virtual instrument, such as EZ Drummer, Halion, BFD2, Kontakt, etc, differs depending on the DAW being used. Some natively support Drumagog’s MIDI Out (like Cubase and Nuendo), while many others do ...

Re: sonar x1 doesn't see drumagog
Hello, You need to be pointing Sonar to your VST folder that has Drumagog5.dll in it, not the Program Files/Drumagog folder. This could be in a few places (check c:programfiles/cakewalk/vstplugins), but if you search for Drumagog5.dll, you should find it. Then, point Sonar to this folder, and you sh...

Re: License files -- Music computer not on network.
Hello, It does not need to be on a network--here is how you would accomplish the license file authorization method: Uncheck the 'I have an iLok' box when Drumagog prompts you to authorize. After doing this, select the 'Save License' option and save the license file somewhere that is easy to navigate...

Re: Drumagog 5 and Cubase 7
Hello,
We haven't gotten a copy of Cubase 7 yet, but as there were no changes to the VST spec that we know of, there shouldn't be any issues running Drumagog in Cubase 7.
Best,
Chris

Re: Drumagog 5 Crashing PT 10
We have identified this bug and we are planning to release a new update soon. In the meantime, here are some possible solutions: It seems that there are a few issues that can cause a freeze in ProTools 10--one of the most common is certain MIDI controllers that are connected at start up. Disconnect ...

Re: Drumagog on Multiple Machines
Hello, Yes, its possible with both authorization methods--with iLok, you simply have to move the USB key between the two computers. If you use the License File method, you just need to repeat the procedure on both machines. Please contact support(at)drumagog.com if you need help with either procedur...

Re: Downloaded drum kit not showing all instruments
Hello,
This is strange--I would suggest deleting and reinstalling VoiceBand, and then repurchasing any add-ons you bought (you won't be charged again). Hopefully this will correct the issue.
Best,
Chris

Hello,
Currently, Drumagog is still 32-bit and would not be able to host a 64-bit version of a VSTi.

Chris

Hello,
If there is not a note learn function in SSD4, you may need to remap within SSD4, or just use Drumagog's MIDI out to send data to a separate track.
Best,
Chris

Re: Windows 7 crashes Now using PT10 and Drumagog
Hello, I would suggest deleting Drumagog from your system and doing a clean reinstall from your account at Drumagog.com, not using the disc. This will hopefully solve your issues--for the latency problem, it's most likely that Delay Compensation was not set up the right way. In the Playback Engine, ...

Re: triggering SSD4 from drumagog platinum ??
Hello,
There is sometimes a two-octave discrepancy in MIDI notes--if you are triggering using C3 from Drumagog, try receiving C1 and C5, as it may actually be looking for these notes on the other end.
Best,
Chris

Hello,
Toms are generally more resonant than kicks and snares, so it's possible that Drumagog is missing the transient--try turning the transient detail down and see if that is more accurate.

Chris

Re: IP Address is NULL on file transfer?
Hello, Another way to retrieve the IP address is to go into Settings > WI-FI and after your network loads, click the arrow to the right of it. Your IP address will be listed and you can use this in your FTP Client. See if you can connect after getting the IP address this way. Best, Chris WaveMachine...
