Hi, There is a nifty comparison chart located here that lists all of the features included with Drumagog Basic. There is 4GB sample library included with Basic, which is the same sample library that comes with Pro and Platinum. It contains a variety of kick, snare, tom, cymbal, and hihat samples. Yo...

If the Group section is missing from Drumagog, it would mean a version older than 4.05 is installed, as this update first introduced the Groups section to Drumagog. The 4.05 update came out in 2006, so check the DVD you have, as it sounds like it is 4.04 or earlier. You can also check the “About Dru...

We've been able to duplicate this here, using Logic 8 on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. It seems Logic does not allow Drumagog to process/pass through audio unless the audio engine is engaged (i.e. pressing play on the transport). In our experimentation, this also occurred in Digital Performer, but no...

Hello, Please email us at support@drumagog.com and we'll register your copy manually. Some of the copies of Drumagog LE that are packaged in the PreSonus Software ProPak have either incorrect or no serial numbers. You can use Drumagog with DFH, either by exporting .wav files or via MIDI. Drumagog supports any .wav/.siff/.sdII file, so as long as drum samples are in this format, they can be used directly with Drumagog or to build GOGs. Drumagog is unique in that it can export MIDI to other plug-ins, enabling a...

Tooms, Thanks for your interest in Drumagog. I suggest downloading the demo from the download page at http://www.drumagog.com/download.htm and determine how many instances of Drumagog you can work with. It's a balance between the amount of RAM available on your computer, and the amount that is being...

How much RAM do you have? In real-time Drumagog uses about 20-50MB per instance. Users with 3+ GB systems can typically use 4-5 instances of Drumagog at once. If your system has about this much RAM, you can always bounce/print the track to conserve your computer's resources. Have you tried isolating...
