Re: visual/numeric readout for blend
Thanks for your interest in the numeric readout. As mentioned before, it is something are developers are looking into. There would be a need for redesign to be able to fit that into the GUI. While there have not been any official announcements about this enhancement, we'll keep you posted. Cheers, J...

Re: Dynamic And Random Multisamples not saved
Christian, These are display issues within certain AU/Component plugin-based DAWs. While room sliders and multisamples settings may appear to be turned off or not saved when loading a session, they settings themselves are in fact saved (if you listen to playback, they will playback with the saved se...

Re: Drumagog 5.1 Update
This should certainly not happen if you authorized Drumagog 5 with an iLok license. We have had some users, who previously authorized using Challenge/Response, need to go through with the new License Files authorization process once they installed the 5.1 update. Here are instructions: License Files...

Re: Cubase 5 and Drumagog help!
Neil, Plugin Hosting is exactly how you should do it. We were just explaining why Drumagog doesn't show up as an instrument in Cubase, and that there is a different between audio effects and VST instruments. You should continue to host Superior Drummer or BFD2 the same way that you were. Cheers, Jack

Re: SONAR Users please read.........
Hey,
Just wanted to ask what you saw. There shouldn't be any need to rescan or reauthorize Drumagog 5 if it had previously been authorized on your system.
What specific instructions did you see and have to follow?
Cheers,
Jack

Thanks for the info. What's your specific audio program and operating system?
Any additional information about the projects this happens on will help us out a ton (i.e. Only occurs in saved projects, projects with other specific plugins, etc)

Re: Alias
Hello, The built-in file browser in Drumagog 5 allows you to access any file folder or drive connected to your system. As long as the connection to the drive is open (i.e. if it is a shared drive folder on your network, the path must be opened prior to opening Drumagog for it to appear in it's brows...

I do not see an attempted purchase from our webstore. Can you tell me what name you are using to try the purchase? If you received a confirmation number from our website, that was an error on our part and your card has not been charged for the transaction. If you still run into trouble, we can set u...

Re: Logic 9/Snow Leopard/Drumagog 5
Hello, Thanks for checking out the Drumagog 5 demo. Check the Settings section, and in the bottom-right corner it will tell you what version of Drumagog 5 is installed. What is the exact message it shows? Also, what is the exact audio program and operating system you are running? Make sure the MIDI ...

Re: Finding Challenge Response for Drumagog 5 demo in Sonar
This sounds completely normal. This is exactly how the Drumagog 5 demo acts when it expires after 14 days (which it must have been since you first opened the demo). If you would like an extension because you updated your DAW in the middle of testing Drumagog 5, send us the Challenge code and we can ...

Re: Finding Challenge Response for Drumagog 5 demo in Sonar
Hello,
I believe you sent an email about this as well. It is a 14-day trial period. When being asked to authorize, you should click the "Try" button. Drumagog 5's demo can never be authorized, and you must purchase a full retail copy of Drumagog 5 in order to authorize it.
Cheers,
Jack
