Neil, Plugin Hosting is exactly how you should do it. We were just explaining why Drumagog doesn't show up as an instrument in Cubase, and that there is a different between audio effects and VST instruments. Just wanted to ask what you saw. There shouldn't be any need to rescan or reauthorize Drumagog 5 if it had previously been authorized on your system.

What specific instructions did you see and have to follow?

I believe you sent an email about this as well. It is a 14-day trial period. When being asked to authorize, you should click the "Try" button. Drumagog 5's demo can never be authorized, and you must purchase a full retail copy of Drumagog 5 in order to authorize it.
