Re: Drumagog 5 Crashing PTHD
We've tested Drumagog 5.11 in PT9 here and have not found the same CPU issues. There's nothing related to sample libraries that should affect CPU usage. I would recommend deleting the Drumagog 5 plugin from your RTAS plugins folder and re-run the installer. Let us know if the issues continue.

Re: Drumagog 5 Crashing PTHD
Perry, We are sorry that you are experiencing trouble with Drumagog crashing in your Pro Tools 9 setup. First thing to check is that you are running the latest version of your OS and PT9. I know that OSX has updated to 10.6.7 at least. Also, can you tell me about any other plugins that are running o...

Re: VST hosting - SD 2.0 64 bit ? or 32 bit only
For now, Drumagog 5 hosts only 32-bit plugins. You should see no difference in performance between 32-bit and 64-bit versions, since it is just a single instance with just one sound loaded. You can have 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the same plugin on your system without any troubles. A 64-bit versi...

Re: Drumagog plug-in hosting
Kraznet, Your default folder should be a folder with GOG files in it for it to automatically load a GOG file. If the default folder is the root of a drive, or a folder with more folders in it, that would cause it not to load a GOG. If you don't mind loading the GOG file manually each time you boot u...

Re: Drumagog plug-in hosting
Kraznet, When Drumagog opens, a GOG file should be loaded. Your saved Default GOG Folder should be set to a folder that has GOG files in it. Drumagog is designed to be operating always with a GOG file loaded. You can turn the blend control in the Plugin Hosting section all the way to the VST side if...

Re: Drumagog not saving sample path
Kraznet,
Is the Windows 7 x64 system able to remember any sample path if saved? Or does it only reset to the other path when attempting to save to the E:\ drive?
Cheers,
Jack

Re: Drumagog not saving sample path
Hello,
What is the path resetting to? When you open Drumagog, what folder does it show? What is it set to in the default GOG folder? Did you change the default GOG folder path in the SETTINGS section on the x64 system?
Cheers,
Jack

Hello,
Can you describe the steps that you took to set up Drumagog's Bleed Reduction? What tracks are you sending the signal to the receiving (snare) track?
Cheers,
Jack

Re: Drumagog not saving sample path
Hello, In Drumagog 5, you can save your GOG files in any folder on any drive that is connected to your system using the new built-in File Browser. You can set a default GOG file folder that Drumagog will revert to when opening a new session in the SETTINGS section. If Drumagog is not saving your GOG...

Re: Creating D5 gogs from gogs?
It's an interesting idea, but by their nature Drumagog 5 GOG files have 4 "layers". So I'm not sure how to do that without totally blowing up all existing GOG files.
With that being said, we are exploring other options for easy importing of multiple samples (including rooms) all at once.

Re: Still massive mouse bugs in 5.11
Aaron, Yes, this is a known issue for Reaper x64-bit. Our developers are trying to track what's different about Reaper that is causing this issue. You said you tried it in different hosts. So is this also happening in other programs, and not just Reaper? If so, please let us know exactly which ones....

Re: CRASH: on dragging insert
Thanks for the info. We're having our developers looks into this as a possible bug. In the meantime, you'll have to workaround it just to be safe. We'll keep you updated on a possible solution/update.

Re: CRASH: on dragging insert
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you clarify that you are trying to drag an instance of Drumagog with BFD hosted from one track to another? Does it work fine on the first track and then crashes after you drag to the other?
Cheers,
Jack

Re: Protools Crashing issue
Jamie, The reason why Drumagog allows you to open these files is because AIFF and SD2 files are, in fact, compatible. The reason it is crashing is because your SD2 files are missing a resource fork (likely from when you transferred files from a previous system, like OS9). In the past, other folks ha...

Thanks for pointing that out to us. The text for the Pre-ordered downloadables was not updated. However, if you had downloaded it would have been the 5.11 update. The text on the links has now been updated
