This is something on the list for a future update. There will be a way to change the default gog folder.

Re: Differences in Latency between versions 4 and 5
Drumagog 5 is always "Fixed Latency" now, so the default latency (at 44.1k) is 3528 samples (80ms). In this mode, Drumagog uses the best triggering engine (advanced triggering). In the settings tab, you can change to live mode, which is similar to Drumagog 4's Simple triggering mode. This ...

Re: Problem with DP 7.2
We haven't been able to duplicate this here, either. It's possible that this is a result of a corrupt session?

Re: can't load Drumagog 4 presets in Drumagog 5
Drumagog 4 and Drumagog 5 are completely different plugins, so sessions or presets created on one can't be used in the other. There were just too many new features and differences between the two to make session and preset compatibility possible.

Re: No Visual Triggering in Logic 9.0.2
Have you checked all of Drumagog's "Mix" and blend sliders? For example: the Synth mix slider, the plugin mix slider, reverb, and morph? Some combinations of these can cause no visual triggering to be displayed.

Re: Plugin Scanning - spurious error messages
Neil, Thanks, I'll pass this on to Angus. Some plugins definitely do cause problems for Drumagog's plugin scanning. Luckily it's not anything people actually use (BFD, Superior, Battery, Kontakt), but I agree it's annoying getting it set up the first time. We'll get this all sorted out in a future u...

Re: Trouble upgrading from 4 to 5.
A couple of things might be happening. First of all, make sure you download and install the latest iLok drivers from www.ilok.com. Drumagog requires that these drivers be installed (even if you don't plan on using an actual iLok). Next, you might need to have your audio program re-scan for plugins, ...

Re: Possible Memory Leak
Hey guys,
There are some memory bugs that will be fixed in the next update. It seems to happen the most with very large gogs, like the ones with room samples.
Thanks,
Rim

John,
Drumagog 5 uses an entirely different authorization system, so you shouldn't have the kinds of problems you were experiencing with D4.
