not sure, but I did buy them and they are worth having. I like some of the "big" snares.

if you have the plug-ins sorted by type, I think it shows up in "other".

so if you play the samples individually do they pan to the same place? Also, why use a stereo track for a tom? why not use (or convert to) a mono track, then pan the result (after drumagog) where you want it?

you need to have separate tracks to use separate samples. the only other options is if you use triggers and make a MIDI track, you could use the MIDI track(s) to trigger individual samples.

what I did was to hit each drum, and like you said, allow for decay. Do it a few times, at different velocity and if you want different placements. then I had to cut each hit into its own sample file (or trim each region) and then do the add from file/track. If I did the "add from track" o...

I've heard the one with the backward masked "kill, kill, kill" but not the one you mentioned.

Seriously, let us all know so we can all remove it from our sample stash too!

digitaldrummer.net GOG samples (yeah they're free...)

I posted a couple GOGs of some snare hits I did today. Originally I was just testing out the "add from track" feature, but thought I would share if someone can use them. They are multisample, but I couldn't figure out how to rename the individual samples so they all say "new1". A...

here are a couple cheap Windows multi-track solutions (of course I don't know if they work with Drumagog, but they do support VST so in theory should work, right?).

I'll second the Dan's Vintage Drums samples. they do sound better than most of the stock drumagog samples. Still, you need to add EQ, compression, etc. to get a "modern rock" sound.

Can anyone say how the Dan's House library would work into that category? I bought these but haven't used them a lot yet. I bought them because I thought they were some of the best samples included in the base product. they are pretty good quality and I happen to like vintage drums too. Lately I've...
